Two Palestinian teenagers, identified as cousins Taher Faysal Fannoun, 19, and Faysal Abd al-Minem Fannoun, 15, were shot and killed early Friday morning following an alleged attack on an Israeli soldier in Hebron.

Ma’an News Agency reported the the cousins allegedly attempted to stab a soldier in the face at a checkpoint in Tel Rumeida and that both were shot dead by Israeli soldiers on the scene.

The incident comes the day after a 21 year old Palestinian was shot dead in Jerusalem after stabbing an Israeli police officer near Damascus Gate.

Earlier Friday, a Palestinian man, identified as Mazin Hasan Ureiba, was shot and killed near the Hizma checkpoint after opening fire on Israeli soldiers.

Ureiba was a general intelligence officer in the Palestinian Authority.

More than 108 Palestinians have now been killed since Oct. 1, and at least 19 Israelis have been killed in the same period.
