An eight month old Palestinian baby died from tear gas inhalation Friday in Beit Fajjar village south of Bethlehem.

Ramadan Mohammad Faisal Thawabta was killed after inhaling tear gas which had been fired by Israeli forces during clashes which were taking place nearby.

During the same clashes, three Palestinians were injured by 0.22 caliber bullets.

Earlier Friday, two Palestinians were shot dead following alleged attacks on Israelis.

Qassem Mahmoud Sabaneh was killed in Nablus after allegedly attacking a border policeman at a military checkpoint. Another Palestinian was shot and detained for his involvement in the same alleged attack.

Ahmad Hamada Qneibi, 23, died from his injuries after he was shot following an alleged knife attack on an Israeli near a light rail station in the Sheikh Jarrah neighbourhood of Jerusalem.

At least 68 Palestinians and nine Israelis have now been killed since Oct. 1.

Footage released appears to show an Israeli military jeep entering the Aida refugee camp in Bethlehem Thursday evening, with a loudspeaker, saying “you throw stones and we will hit you with gas until you all die.”

“We have arrested one of you, he’s with us now, we took him from his home, and we will slaughter and kill him while you watch if you keep throwing stones. Go home or we will gas you until you die.”
